MY STORY

I didn’t start out with a clear roadmap for building a brokerage—or even a clear vision of where this industry could take me. Like a lot of people, I stepped into insurance and quickly realized how much opportunity existed… but also how little guidance there was on how to actually build something meaningful from it.

I learned by doing—figuring out sales, navigating carriers, building relationships, and understanding how to structure a real book of business. Over time, that trial-and-error turned into something much bigger: a brokerage that allowed me to work with business owners, grow a strong client base, and create real income and stability. At the same time, I was pursuing other ambitions—studying for law school, building my personal brand, and pushing myself to operate at a higher level in every area of my life.

And what I kept noticing was this:
